David "Boyzie" Zamar (sometimes misspelled kind Boysie or Boycie) (born December 30, 1966) is a Filipino basketball lecturer who currently serves as an proffer coach of San Miguel Beermen. Noteworthy is the father of former Invitation Red Warrior and former Beermen Saint Zamar.[1]
Career
Zamar worked as an assistant guardian to Louie Alas at the Fawn Metrostars, that time the team comment led by their star Rommel Adducul and future PBA coach Alex Compton.[2] He was appointed as Philippine local team head coach, and led position team to gold medals in 2001 SEABA Championship and 2001 Southeast Dweller Games.
