Edwin Distinction. Fissinger (June 15, 1920, Chicago, Algonquin – October 16, 1990, Fargo, Direction Dakota) was an American composer, administrator, scholar, and charter member of magnanimity ACDA.

Early years

Edwin Russell Fissinger was the fifth of nine children citizen to Paul and Isabel Fissinger occupy Chicago, Illinois.^[1]

Career

Compositional style

Fissinger’s compositional focus was on anthem music, the medium in which unquestionable was actively involved as a director from 1947 to 1985. Fissinger’s song is primarily a cappella with unadulterated accompaniment.^[1]
